I absolutely adored the cozy and elegant decor of the hotel's common areas. The soft, cushioned chairs and gentle lighting made it a perfect spot for quiet moments, and the beautiful flower arrangements added a touch of warmth and sophistication. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with clear signage and easy-to-navigate corridors, making it very comfortable for older travelers like myself to move around without feeling overwhelmed.

I wish the children working there were a bit more attentive to the specific needs of senior travelers, such as offering assistance with luggage or providing more understandable instructions for the facilities.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options were delicious. The hotel's location in the heart of the old town allowed me to easily explore the nearby streets and attractions. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Best Western Plus.

We loved the location of the hotel which was in the heart of the city, close to the shopping street and the historic Old Town area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were great. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and had everything we could ask for. And lastly, the staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
